What do you need?

 

What a first hour maintenance call is

It guarantees a fully qualified engineer at your door, inside the slot you’ve picked. It is not a call-out fee — you are paying for an hour on site and for the fault to be found properly, by someone who has seen it before.

Fixing the booking takes the guesswork out of it. You know the price before we set off, the slot is yours, and you are not waiting in all day wondering. Book before 1pm and we’ll be with you the same day. Nothing further is chargeable until we’ve talked it through and you’ve said yes.

This is a premium service and it is priced like one. Twenty years on the tools, and we turn up when we say we will.
